Building Our Bundles
A leadership and mentorship journey grounded in Indigenous teachings, relational accountability, and collective strength.
Indigenous Leadership & Mentorship for Early Years Professionals
Building Our Bundles is a leadership development journey designed for Indigenous early years professionals who are stepping into leadership roles or who feel called to deepen their leadership practice within community.
Rooted in Indigenous worldviews, relational accountability, and collective strength, this program supports participants to strengthen their “bundle” the teachings, skills, experiences, and responsibilities they carry in service to children, families, and community.
Through mentorship, reflective practice, and guided learning, participants explore:
- Indigenous approaches to leadership and responsibility
- Ethical and relational decision-making
- Navigating systems while staying grounded in community values
- Supporting teams through kindness, accountability, and cultural safety
- Strengthening confidence and voice in leadership spaces
Building Our Bundles recognizes that leadership is not positional, it is relational. It is carried through story, responsibility, reciprocity, and care.
Participants are invited into a learning circle that honours lived experience, supports growth, and builds capacity across Indigenous early years programs.
This is not simply professional development, it is leadership rooted in identity, community, and resurgence.
