A Space for Reflection, Respect, and Relational Learning.
Welcome to Shared Pathways—a collaborative space created by the Centre for Indigenous Professional Learning (CIPL). These Padlet’s are designed for Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) to share reflections, questions, ideas, and meaningful moments in practice.
Shared Pathways supports ethical and culturally responsive professional learning, grounded first and foremost in respectful engagement with Indigenous Peoples, cultures, and knowledge systems, and further guided by the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice for ECEs. It is a space for relational learning—where contributions are made with care, humility, and reciprocity.
This space is not for debate or critique, but for deep listening, collective growth, and uplifting the lived experiences and teachings that shape us.

Learning in the Moment Padlet
This Padlet invites early childhood educators to reflect and share: What are you learning in this moment? Inspired by the CIPL’s “Learning in the Moment” series , this space honours the ongoing, relational nature of learning grounded in Indigenous perspectives.
Whether it’s a story from a child, a teaching from the land, or a reflection sparked by an Elder, each post contributes to a growing community of practice rooted in care, humility, and connection. Choose a column that resonates for you; from a child, a family, the land, an Elder or Knowledge Keeper, or your own reflection and share a moment that has shaped your understanding.
Let this be a space for listening, unlearning, and walking in good relations. Click on Padlet below to share.
